My day today 5 October 2023, life in Northern Thailand.

Today, I was on the internet and watched Simone an Al Pacino Hollywood movie.

In my photoshoots I have always asked the photographers to play music to get me in the mood.
One of the songs I like, very upbeat yet sexy ~
Today fired up the barbeque grill and barbeque honey glazed chicken. Had it with rice.
Then drink Fanta Green because I don't want to get fat.
Saw the local diner selling this Thai delicacy which I have never seem before. It's fried bread with coconut milk. Really taste sweet. Coconut is very popular in Thailand!
And in the evening had another day of Thai beef noodles at the local diners. Beef noodles aside from papaya salad is like the national dishes of Thailand just as the chicken rice is to the chinese.
Missed the variety of food available in Singapore. Singapore is known as a global food heaven and the Singapore media complained that Singaporeans have high obesity rates. What do you expect?!!! I had a hard time keeping off the fats at one stage of my life and have eating disorders. I love to eat. Donuts and ice-cream is my favorite comfort food together with chicken wings from Old Chang Kee. I also missed the garlic chili sauce from Macdonalds and Singapore MacDonalds chili sauce have their own flavours, different from the MacDonalds in Bangkok city, Thailand.
I'm so glad the local diners here in Nong Bua Lumphur North Thailand, import ice-cream and Thai chocolate milk. Also there are western products like sausages and the famous beef fish balls all over Thailand.
Thai durians are also plentiful all over the country, especially bananas.
I can live without western products like orange juice but crave it occasionally and trying to support Thailand's local products.
If you are in my area where I'm staying at, you might want to stay in Si Boon Reung where all the supermarkets, shops, restaurants and eateries are at. There are also hotels there and banks and mobiles and electronic shops. It's the closest city near my area.
